Now that her cigarette's gone, she's free to drape one of her arms around his neck without burning him or risking sloshing champagne everywhere.
On the other hand, if she did slosh champagne everywhere he might need to change his shirt. And she'd just have to go with him.
But he did say he was here to romance her by the light of the full moon, and she can't see any reason not to let him do as he pleases. It's an idea she can give her approval.
